I've read Jake a few times before. Thanks for highlighting him. Very articulate. I like the sound of his strategy here -- donor intent litigation. But how does one track down these bequests?
I know what the likeliest target would be in my own town: the local UMC church, with some very choice real estate, was retained by the denomination using underhanded tactics, against the will of the majority of members, and it subsequently imploded, amid much bitterness.
