The times vary. I typically hold them at either Noon ET or 9pm ET. Sometimes I do 2 or 3pm ET to his the West Coast lunch hour.
All of the Zoom sessions are recorded and available in a special Members Only section of the Knowledge Base. A lot of people prefer to listen to them that way so they can treat them like a podcast and select the time that is best for them. But of course you can't ask questions if you aren't on live.
