With respect to the American Conservative article on women getting men to heaven, a couple of counterpoints:
1. It is unfortunately true that women have to play this role more often than vice versa.
2. The author was mostly just speaking the truth about a particular example from his family.
Perhaps the language and generalizations were excessive, but it was all a reflection of reality.
